Job Description
1. Answer and direct calls in a polite and friendly manner
2. Maintain a good relationship with building administration and respond promptly to notices related to building affairs
3. Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals
4. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges
5. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and incoming calls
6. Receive and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail for pick up or courier, and organize courier deliveries
7. Take inventory of supplies, restock as needed, and monitor/control office supplies
8. Organize conference and meeting room bookings
9. Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
10. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
