Job Description
The Patient Care Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to patients and customers at the clinic. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key duties include addressing patient inquiries, greeting individuals with professionalism, managing appointment scheduling, handling patient information, and maintaining the clinic’s cleanliness. The specialist will also engage in promotional activities and support other clinics as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, have at least three years of relevant experience, demonstrate outstanding customer service orientation, and possess excellent communication skills.
