Job Description
Receptionist is the first point of contact of clients or potential clients, it is important to look professional, work efficiently and possess an aura of confidence at all times.
Duties:
- Establishes first contact with patients, ensuring that patients are warmly welcomed and making them feel comfortable inside the clinic
- Entertains telephone inquiries in the same warm and welcoming way
- Schedules and manages patient appointments in an organized and systematic way
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the whole clinic, especially the reception area, and maintains the spa ambiance of the clinic
- Processes payments for services and treatments availed and ensures issuance of a corresponding charge slip and receipt
- Reports directly to the Branch Supervisor
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
- With at least 2 years’ experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
- Pleasing personality with good communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
- Highly motivated and goal-driven
- Trustworthy and responsible
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
