Job Description
- Provide accurate information regarding services and facilities.
- Attends to general inquiries from unit owner/tenant or their guest.
- Taking and ensuring intercom calls or messages are passed to the appropriate unit owner/tenant or guest.
- Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Control inventory relevant to the reception area.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- A college degree in Hospitality or any tourism related course.
- With at least 2 years’ experience in the customer service industry.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment such as a computer, printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 per month
