Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of office administration
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Manage building access and visitor interaction
- Answer and route phone calls efficiently
- Track building access and mail distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday with Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
