Job Description
SUMMARY:
He or She is responsible as the front liner of the company. Serves the visitor by greeting them courteously regardless of position. Directing guests appropriately and notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years’ equivalent experience
- Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Advance computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel )
- Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Time-management skills
- With keen attention to details.
- Exemplifies customer service skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supports admin head in managing driver’s and maintenance itineraries and their activities.
- Handles employees’ and guest items, mails, parcels and packages according to prescribed procedure.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms according to schedule.
