Job Description
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your role is to create a welcoming and professional impression for our visitors and provide administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle and distribute correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle reservations and appointments
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
