Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests promptly
- Direct visitors to the appropriate persons
- Answer and redirect calls
- Maintain a tidy reception area with necessary supplies
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Ensure office security and manage access
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform clerical duties like filing and copying
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
