Job Description
Ever Supermarket seeks a full-time Front End Supervisor to oversee a team of 7–10 cashiers. Candidates must be college-level (graduate or undergraduate) with demonstrated leadership and team-management abilities. Minimum one year of cashiering experience operating POS systems and knowledge of voiding procedures is required. Prior retail or merchandising experience, preferably in a supermarket, is preferred.
Responsibilities include supervising front-end operations, ensuring transaction accuracy, and coaching staff to meet performance standards. Walk-in applicants are welcome at Ever Head Office, 1129 Natividad Lopez St., Ermita, Manila (Human Resources Department, Ground Floor). Landmarks: near LRT1 Central Station, along ZEN Tower, beside MANILA REAL Residence. Please bring an updated resume and valid ID.
