Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket Inc. is seeking a dedicated Front End Supervisor to oversee our front end operations, ensuring prompt, friendly, and reliable service for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Administration, or Customer Service Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front end operations, preferably in retail or food establishments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer service at checkout.
- Handle customer feedback effectively.
- Ensure compliance with control standards and processes.
- Manage front end assets.
- Maintain databases.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00 – Php20,00 per month
