Job Description
Job Summary: The Front End Supervisor leads front end operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or food establishments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain high customer service standards at checkout
- Handle customer feedback effectively
- Implement control standards for cash turnover
- Manage front end assets and database
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
