Job Description
The Front-End Supervisor oversees the total front-end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains excellent customer service at the checkout.
- Effectively handles customer feedback.
- Ensures control standards and processes are implemented at the front-end.
- Manages front-end assets.
- Performs database maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in front end operations in retail or food establishments.
