Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations at Fitness First Platinum One Bonifacio Highstreet. This full-time, in-person role reports on FOH controls, executes MOD (Manager-on-Duty) shift checklists, and administers Exerp club systems. The position includes a commissionable individual membership sales target of 5–10% and a monthly salary of Php20,00–25,00.
- Lead member reactivation, retention, and collections efforts
- Resolve guest complaints within 48 hours and ensure branded collateral standards
- Manage membership administration, cash till checks, and deposits
- Engage proactively with high-risk members to ensure satisfaction
