We are looking for FOH PARTNER to be assigned at Buffalo’s Wings N’ Things located at SM City Sucat.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help the team execute day-to-day operations in line with the Restaurant’s Quality Service and Standards
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction by providing excellent and professional service
- Ensure co-workers’ and customers’ health and safety in the workplace
- Execute BWNT Service & Hospitality Touchpoints in a consistent manner
- Mastery and Execution of BWNT Service and Hospitality Standards
- Deliver GIFTS to BWNT customers in an excellent manner:
– Great Food
– Ice Cold Beverages
– Fast Serving Time
– Tangible Value of Experience
– Service that Connects
