Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field is required.
- Must have a cheerful demeanor, be approachable, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Summary:
The Front Office Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out guests, managing reservations and inquiries, performing cashier duties, and serving as the hotel’s information center.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Employee discount, life insurance, promotion opportunities, and staff meals provided.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, with supplemental pay including 13th month salary and overtime pay.
