Job Description
As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in/out, and handling reservations. Additionally, you will answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guests’ inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
You should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset are essential in this role. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of hotel operations are advantageous.
