Job Description
Join the prestigious team at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located in the vibrant Fort Bonifacio area. As a Front Office Agent, you will deliver exceptional guest service, uphold high standards, and assist guests with their needs.
Duties:
- Provide personalized guest service.
- Create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain high service standards in Front Office.
- Assist guests with any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality.
- Experience in an international 5-star hotel or similar capacity.
- Front Office experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
