Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and acknowledge all guests promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area following procedures.
- Document actions to maintain employee continuity.
- Knowledgeable in hotel fire and emergency procedures.
- Effective communication in English with guests and team members.
- Collaborate with staff and act as a guest services/concierge.
- Handle reservations and inquiries across various channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- College graduate in HRM, HRS or related field.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Friendly phone manner is a must.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Pass background check, health screening, maintain confidentiality, multitask, and good time management.
