Job Description:
Duties include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, anticipating guests’ needs, maintaining a safe reception area, and acting as a guest services/concierge.
Qualifications:
College graduate in a related course with 1+ years of customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
