Job Description
Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, managing bookings, and providing exceptional guest services.
- Checking guests in and out.
- Managing reservations online and by phone.
- Verifying guests’ payment methods.
- Assigning rooms and informing about hotel specials.
- Coordinating transport services and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Assisting at conferences and event preparations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
