Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, handling reservations, and assisting with any guest inquiries or requests. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for this position.
Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of hotel operations are preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
