Job Description
The Front Office Associate is responsible for the guests’ check-in and check-out; efficiently handles payment; and acts as support for the reservations and business center associates.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing management, hotel and restaurant management, tourism, or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Preferably with at least one-year related experience; fresh graduates may apply.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and administrative skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly fitted in a fast and dynamic business environment; “can do, will do” attitude; trustworthy and results oriented; knowledge in Hotel systems will be considered.
