Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Front Office Cashier to manage front desk transactions and assist guests professionally. Candidates must be college graduates in BS Hospitality Management (BS HRM) or BS Tourism. Prior experience in cashiering, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Ensure accurate processing of payments and maintain precise records.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with POS or front office systems is an advantage.
- Maintain a professional appearance, multitask effectively, and perform well under pressure.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
