Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support.
Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate person or department
- Answers and screens incoming calls in a professional manner
