Job Description
Join our team at dusitD2 Davao as a Front Office Supervisor! You will be responsible for monitoring the check-in/check-out process and ensuring preparation is complete. Check all payments in accordance with hotel requirements, delegate and oversee group arrangements, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about services, room rates, and promotions.
Additional responsibilities include managing staff schedules, preparing for guest arrivals, monitoring room status, and addressing guest complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php 15,00.00 – Php 30,00.00 per month
