Job Description
We are seeking a strong-willed and passionate Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk at The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless and stress-free arrival and departure experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Manage room blockings and forecasts.
- Supervise and train Front Office Agents.
- Handle bulk group arrivals and billing.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree and two years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
