Job Description
Red Hotel Inc. seeks an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead front desk operations at Yes Hotel Imus. The role ensures exceptional guest service, efficient check-in and check-out, adherence to hotel policies, and serves as the liaison between management and front office staff.
- Location: Yes Hotel Imus, Kalla Shopping Center, Anabu‑Kostal Road, Brgy. Anabu‑II C, Imus. Full-time, in-person.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Hospitality preferred; 2–3 years front office experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; PMS and MS Office proficiency; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Compensation & benefits: Php17,00–18,00/month; on-site parking; paid training.
