Job Description
This job posting is for our Clark International Airport branch.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting the customer upon arrival in branch
- Facilitating the customer’s transactions in accordance with branch operation’s procedures
- Completing all transaction documents correctly
- Compliance with all the requirements related to their role
- Managing cash transactions
- Attending forex currency operations
- Following the instructions of their supervisor and the Branch-in-Charge, or any other members of management, as related to their duties
Qualifications:
- At least 2-year course graduate or Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Resident of Angeles, Pampanga or nearby areas
- Preferably with experience in the financial industry
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage stressful situations
- Mathematical skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
