Job Description
Work Setup: Onsite at Ayala
Shift: Night-Shift
Salary: PHP 30,00 – 35,00 Basic
Target Start Date: Mid/Last week of February 2024
Job Description:
As an SME Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of logistics tasks. Your primary responsibilities include executing various tasks related to order processing, shipment tracking, load management, appointment scheduling, and financial documentation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, invoicing, updating financials, generating carrier payments (T-cheks), rejecting and canceling orders, updating and resolving events, booking loads, and executing load builder profiles.
- Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests.
- Document events using SOPs and experience, following defined escalation procedures when necessary.
- Follow through on customer or carrier requests, ensuring satisfaction and escalating questions or requests when required.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to CHR and customer standards.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry, with knowledge of companies such as FedEx, UPS, DB Schenker, CEVA, DHL, and others.

Pay: From Php35,00.00 per month
