Job Description:
- Providing empathetic and accurate service through email and chat support.
- Exceptional reading comprehension, editing, and communication skills required.
- Proficiency in English grammar, spelling, Slack, Google Sheets, and Web browsing.
- Completion of internal test and final interviews.
- Training provided for approximately 1.5 weeks.
Work Location:
- Eastwood Site, Quezon City
- Hybrid setup
- Strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
Working hours:
The agent must be willing to work rotating shifts to accommodate the company’s 24/7 operations.
