Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Executive Global Accounts at InterContinental Hotels Group. As a Fulfillment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of global account fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the order management process for global accounts, including order entry, tracking, and invoicing
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure on-time delivery of products and services
- Proactively communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns
- Analyze and report on fulfillment metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in fulfillment or logistics is preferred
