Job Description
We seek a Full Stack Technical Support Engineer to deliver expert support across front-end and back-end systems. You will troubleshoot web applications (React, Node.js), SQL databases, Linux server environments, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP); respond to tickets, reproduce and resolve issues, perform root-cause analysis, deploy patches, and work closely with engineering to improve stability.
- Requirements: 2+ years in full stack support or SRE roles, strong JavaScript and SQL skills, experience with Linux, git, and Docker, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.
- Preferred: monitoring, CI/CD, and scripting experience (Python/Bash). Competitive salary and development opportunities.
