Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full Time Barista to join our team at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and brewing coffee according to our standards, operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area, and serving food items when necessary. You should also possess good communication and multitasking skills, as you will be interacting with customers, taking orders, and handling cash transactions.
