Job Description
DMMA College of Southern Philippines is seeking a dedicated Full-Time English Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing course syllabi and submitting them to the Department Dean, conducting classroom instruction according to college standards, and evaluating student performance through grades at semester’s end.
Additionally, out-of-classroom consultations with students will be conducted upon request. This position offers a salary between Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month, with benefits including free parking, life insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift. Supplemental pay includes a 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
