Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Time Lechonero to join our team at The Moment Group of Restaurants.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a catering business or casual dining restaurant.
- Knowledge and experience in cutting, preparing, and cooking lechon.
- Experience with Filipino, Japanese, or American Cuisine is an advantage.
