Job Description
Location: Remote (Monday to Friday) 9AM – 6PM (Sydney Time)
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Php 20,00 – 25,00 monthly with incentives
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career journey from the comfort of your own home? We are seeking a dedicated full-time Property Researcher to join our team at Get RARE Properties. As a Property Researcher, you will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with their ideal properties by conducting outbound calls to property agents.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to property agents.
- Compile a comprehensive list of available properties that meet our client’s criteria.
- Conduct property evaluations.
- Confirm the availability of properties with property agents.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property agents.
- Manage and update a database of properties and agents.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated persistence and resilience in achieving objectives.
- Ability to balance empathy with results-oriented approaches in relationship-building.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities coupled with high energy levels.
- Self-confident and comfortable expressing opinions.
- Highly organized with a preference for structured sales processes.
- Action-oriented with a proactive approach to task completion.
