Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Dispositions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire process of real estate transactions from start to finish.
Your duties will include coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in the transaction, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time, and facilitating a smooth closing process. Additionally, as a Dispositions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the disposal of real estate assets in our portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Prior experience in real estate transactions and dispositions is preferred but not required.
