Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Technical Support professional who is fluent in both French and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical assistance to our French-speaking customers, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer queries via phone, email, or chat, documenting issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. Strong communication skills in both French and English are essential.
Prior experience in technical support and fluency in French are required for this role. Knowledge of IT systems and software is a plus. If you are passionate about customer service and technology, we want to hear from you!
