Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Functional Admin Support on a Fixed Term basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have the ability to multitask effectively. Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities include data entry, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and assisting with general office tasks. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in a dynamic work environment.
