Job Description
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultants are responsible for assisting organizations in implementing and optimizing their supply chain processes using the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management software. They work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
As a Functional Consultant, your role will involve conducting workshops, gathering functional requirements, and translating them into system configurations. You will need to have a deep understanding of supply chain management principles and be familiar with the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business processes, designing and configuring the system, conducting testing and training sessions, and providing post-implementation support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
