Job Description
We are seeking a Game Designer to design and document mechanics, systems, levels, missions, and progression. You will prototype and iterate with developers, artists, and producers, analyze player behavior and metrics, balance gameplay, and maintain clear design documentation.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years in game design; strong understanding of mechanics, level design, player psychology, and prototyping; experience with Unity, Unreal, or proprietary editors; excellent communication and rapid iteration skills.
- Preferred: UI/UX, scripting (Lua/Python), multiplayer/live-service experience, and A/B testing or analytics.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent. Salary Php40,00–Php70,00/month. Benefits: flextime. Work location: in person.
