We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at OrbitHealth – PH.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customers’ needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay knowledgeable about products and services to provide accurate information.
- Handle challenging situations with patience.
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for Face to Face Interview ONLY.
- Amenable to working onsite.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status holder.
- At least 18 years old with at least a HIGH SCHOOL diploma.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to have: Proven customer service experience in call center or similar.
