We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites. As a Gaming Account Associate, you will provide outstanding support to gamers through phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with account management, game features, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.
- Handle password resets and account security inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately, adhering to company policies.
