Position Overview:
As a Gaming Account Specialist, you will provide outstanding support to gamers via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on account management, game features, technical issues, and billing.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Handle account inquiries including password resets and security.
- Ensure timely processing of transactions following company protocols.
