Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 27k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience for users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in setting up new accounts, managing existing accounts, and troubleshooting account-related problems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system database.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering high-quality customer service.
