Job Description
We are conducting mass hiring for full-time, permanent, in-person Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives in Metro Manila. No prior BPO experience required; one-day hiring process available. Responsibilities include assisting players with account management, password resets, billing, game features, guided troubleshooting via chat, and processing transactions in accordance with company policy.
- Compensation: up to ₱28,00/month (higher with experience) and ₱30,00 signing bonus
- Benefits: 13th & 14th month pay, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonuses, night differential, weekends off
- Potential hybrid/work-from-home arrangement after 1 year
