Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 28k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Provide outstanding support to gamers via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with account management, game features, and billing inquiries.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for technical issues.
- Manage account-related inquiries and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
