Job Description
Nature of Account: Business to business – talking to sports and concert ticket sellers via phone calls
Support Allocation: 25% for each type of support: phone, e-mail, SMS, chat
Educational Background:
- Old Curriculum: High School Graduate
- New Curriculum: K-12 Graduate
- With at least 6 months customer service experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer queries and complaints following standard procedures
- Gathers information, resolves issues, and logs calls
- Provides guidance and instruction to junior employees
Requirements:
- Full-time position for Fresh graduates
- Monthly salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00
Benefits:
