Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents primarily in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: You will provide outstanding support to gamers through phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on account management and game features.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Handle account-related inquiries like password resets.
- Process transactions in accordance with company policies.
