As a Gaming Account Specialist, you’ll provide outstanding support to gamers via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate information on account management and game features.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Managing account inquiries, including security and password resets.
- Processing transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
