As a Gaming Account Specialist, you will provide outstanding support to gamers through phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on account management, game features, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting steps and technical issue resolutions.
- Help customers with account-related inquiries and transactions processing.
